LONDON — A company that has a deal with a British-based drugmaker to make an antidepressant generic has just received a court ruling allowing them to make a generic version of the drug.
The company, Lilly’s maker, said it had been granted a six-month supply of the drug and that it was not aware of any restrictions on the use of the drug.
